As with most home buyers these days, we started off utilizing Zillow and Realtor.Com, looking for properties in the Mesa, Colorado area. The listing agent on one was Nathalie Ames. She promptly made herself available and we visited the property. After spending a hour with Nathalie, a relationship was formed and she began to look for the property we were seeking. Within a few days, she called and had found some acreage that wasn't yet listed, but soon to go on the market. Within 24 hours, we were under contract. It is important to say at this point... a local agent that is very well connected is invaluable and Nathalie is that person. Zillow and Realtor.Com are great tools, but they will never reveal all the properties that are available. Through the rest of the process, including the coordination of two Title Companies, involving a contingency on the house we were selling, Nathalie was very responsive and had all the knowledge to successfully navigate us through the process.
